South Water Caye is disputably one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. The photograph that Brian Morgan took has been altered using some very unique techniques. Pop art and distressed negatives are both utilized here to create the final image. Pop art, as many know, relies heavily on vibrant color as well as intense prints. The negatives were distressed and this marked the image on one side. When the non-emulsion side of the film was destroyed, it gave way to a very distinct image in the photography. The techniques help to great the complex photographic images – and the South Water Caye photograph is simply breath taking. The image can now be used in a variety of different ways – and this includes the use of trucker hats. Too many designs on hats are dull and lack any creativity.
